Hello, my lobves!!
Well~ for my long time followers, it's been a while! I used to blog often, starting from age 13 in 2008. Looking back at my posts, I realize they're so cringeworthy xD Eventually, I stopped in 2012 because I just lost motivation and got lazy. I did try to start up blogging again on tumblr, but again, my motivation died.
So, for the hundredttttthhhh time…. I've wanted to start it up again! I really missed just blogging about my day and stuff ^^;
Hopefully I can keep this one up! It won't be fancy at the moment- I really never delved into the whole html stuff. But I hope my posts can keep you all entertained! My motivation for keeping this up depends heavily on feedback :'D If no one reads or comments or anything, I feel like I have no reason to post OTL! SO! Your feedback means so much to me! Please leave some if you can!
That being said, I think should make some kind of introduction/history recap post for my new followers! I've been on youtube for a long time! So mah lobves, if you're just now joining me on my journey, WELCOME~! It's so nice to meet you!
My name is Micchi, but I also go by Michigo! I am 19 years old (turning 20 this Thursday actually) and I am Filipino. I started on youtube in 2006 posting AMVs and occasional song and dance covers. In 2007, I made a new account under the username "micchichanpyon" to fully begin being a youtuber xD I still remember my join date: August 16, 2007. I started out making song covers of Hello!Project and anime songs using a crappy computer mic haha.
Would you like to see my very FIRST group dub I was in? KEEP IN MIND that the standard for covers back then were very low xD At the time, however, I really think this was one of the best! It's interesting how much youtube covers have evolved since then. Here it is~ a haha! I sing as Momoko (the second girl that sings)!
About a year later, my channel got taken down due to copyright on one of the songs I made a cover of. ...sigh… It was awful for me honestly. But~ I got right back up and started another account, Michigopyon. Luckily, the followers and friends I made in that year followed me to this account and I was motivated to start over again. Around the end of 2008 (I think xD), I started up with dance covers! Originally, I had filmed dance covers and put them up on private, but I finally gained enough confidence to start posting publicly. From there, my dancing days began!
I continued posting singing and dancing covers for almost 3 more years! I got up to a little over 3,200 followers which made me the happiest ever :'D But then….. DUN DUN DUN… in March of 2011...
My account got taken down again.
It was a singing cover again that caused my account to be taken down. Since this was the second time this happened, I was devastated. All my hard work… all my videos and followers… gone. I was really wary of making a new account, but I did anyway. This time, I wanted to focus on dance covers since singing covers were the problem.
Now, 3 years later, here I am~ making dance covers and dabbling in singing covers!
